Fernando Faga Alves holds a degree in economics from FGV-SP and a master's degree in business from the USC Marshall School of Business. He worked for 5 years as an internationalization consultant with companies in Brazil, Silicon Valley and India. He made projects for big companies like Tata Group, Revlon, Huawei, Johnson and Johnson and Sony Pictures Animation.

Rafael de Almeida Carneiro holds a degree in Engineering from UFF-RJ and a postgraduate degree in Business from USP-SP. He has more than 10 years of experience as a strategy, innovation and business intelligence consultant. He has worked on projects for large companies such as Deloitte, Vale, Petrobras and FGV, both in Brazil and abroad.
