ABOUT THE COURSE
In this course we will present the main tools used in thestrategic planning in the light of innovation. We will bring our experience creating strategy for dozens of clients – from global giants to startups.
The course will condense established strategic planning practices and recent advances. The business environment is changing rapidly and analytics tools need to take this dynamic into account.
The proposal is to bring knowledge in a way that it is applicable and easy to absorb. We will provide a list of academic books and articles for the student who wants to delve deeper.
Each student will produce a unique work that will be applied in their company and will have the support and revision of our consultants

TEACHERS

Fernando Faga Alves holds a degree in economics from FGV-SP and a master's degree in business from the USC Marshall School of Business. He worked for 5 years as an internationalization consultant with companies in Brazil, Silicon Valley and India. He made projects for big companies like Tata Group, Revlon, Huawei, Johnson and Johnson and Sony Pictures Animation.

Rafael de Almeida Carneiro holds a degree in Engineering from UFF-RJ and a postgraduate degree in Business from USP-SP. He has more than 10 years of experience as a strategy, innovation and business intelligence consultant. He has worked on projects for large companies such as Deloitte, Vale, Petrobras and FGV, both in Brazil and internationally.
