EXCHANGE POLICY — PilarX
This exchange policy is valid from Nov 2021.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request an exchange:
Send an e-mail to fernando@pilarx.com.br, informing your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact with the necessary information to make the exchange.
Conditions for return by regret:
If you regret the purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request a regret return:
Send an e-mail to fernando@pilarx.com.br, informing your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive a refund.

General Delivery:
Digital products the deadline occurs in up to 48 hours.
If the delivery is not completed, there will be two attempts in a row.
The product will be returned to the distributor if delivery attempts fail.
